Hi! I’m Shelby Dillon. I’ve been painting for 15 years. I also teach new artists how to capture the image in their mind. And I can show you how to do it, too.
How do I know? Well, I haven't been an artist my whole life. In fact, when I first started, it was a now-familiar struggle:
I’d see a beautiful ocean scene and its energy would fade under my brush, a gorgeous bird’s feathers would fall flat on my canvas, and streaming sunlight lost its glow when I painted it.
That’s why I created this workshop; So soon-to-be-artists can create beautiful work even if they’ve never picked up a brush.
I included everything I wanted when I first started: Someone to explain every single step along the way from what supplies are needed, to how to mix paint, to how to decide what to paint.

Each day, you will have a new step-by-step tutorial delivered to your email inbox to complete at your own pace.
Sept 11:
On the first day, conquer that fear of a blank canvas and get in there to sling some paint! You'll build the bones of this painting so it can stand out from the crowd.
Sept 12:
During the second video, you'll get in there and establish all of the important bits of the painting. You get the colors and the values right so that you are ready for the final stage!
Sept 14:
On the last step-by-step video, you'll get to ice the cake! You confidently work through this final stage and watch your painting come together into a beautiful masterpiece.
Sept 15:
So you've finished your painting, what's next? Shelby will give you some guidance on how to continue your painting adventure and keep moving forward!

What do I get for $10?
This workshop is a LIVE workshop. It has 5 days of virtual instruction that teach you how to complete the bouquet painting pictured in addition to daily demonstrations from Shelby and additional Q+As.
What if I can't make the live events?
The live broadcasts will be uploaded to our private viewing page for you to complete on your own schedule until Sept 19th.
What supplies with I need?
We send you a complete supply list when you sign up. The supplies are artist-grade paints and brushes that will last you long past this workshop and typically run about $100. They can be found anywhere that sells art supplies.
When is this course?
The workshop is Sept 11-15 from 1pm EST in our Private FB Group, replays will be available on our private website. (You'll get the link when you join!) Â There will be PRIZES for showing up to the LIVE events!
Can I sell my completed painting?
One of my intentions in this course is to help you develop your powerful and personal connection with painting. Your own style will show when you work from your own photos, colors and compositions. I’m happy for you to show and sell your own original, innovative work. However, if your work is more similar to the original paintings in my copyrighted lesson videos, I would ask that you don’t put those pieces out to exhibit or sell, if they are close copies of my work. I trust that your heart will tell you what is too close.​

This Special Pricing is for the live experience, with replays available until Sept 19th. If you would like extended access, our Creative Circle VIP members get access as long as they are members in good standing, we'd love to have you join!
